I had one of those slap your forehead, say out loud ‘Why didn’t I think of that?!’ moments today when I saw this. What an awesome way to send a portfolio or even just a very special mix-tape. I’m bookmarking this one for the next time I come across a book that’s begging for a fresh start.

I posted this link to the faucethead facebook page yesterday but I couldn’t resist sharing it here as well. I am fascinated by the ice harvest. Back in the day, before refrigeration as we know it, ice was harvested from lakes and stored in an ice house or spring house until it was needed. I don’t think I would last a day at that job but I love looking at the images (from a toasty interior space, of course).
Some vintage finds for your Wednesday from bellalulu. I think that bingo cage is adorable!
