For the last few years I’ve been lucky enough to grab sneak peeks into the works of Princeton Architectural Press and whenever a package from them arrives at my door I tear it open instantly! I imagine my friends and family have started to do the same when they see a letter from me (hopefully) because, more often than not, my sloppy handwriting is scrolled on a piece of Princeton Architectural Press’s stationery. The Thoreau set above (available March 1, pre-order here) arrived amongst the snow this week and has been the perfect excuse to sit down, clean up that handwriting and throw a little bit of love and beautifully-design paper into the world. Good work, PA Press, good work.

That’s a kitchen where I’d like to spend every meal, every holiday and every happy hour. So good.

To go with my new, non-existent flatware?

After nine months of complaining about it, I finally bought myself another tube of MAC Diva lipstick after mine disappeared last winter. Reunited and it feels so good.

Somewhere between Minnesota and Florida and New Year’s Eve my favorite lipstick went missing. I searched and searched and searched some more but that bad boy is officially lost and, unfortunately, no longer in season. I haven’t purchased a new shade yet but the image above may just be the final kick I need to do so. That lip game strong.

Today I’m all about clean lines and blue skies. Can I get some of both in my life soon, please?

This image really did it for me today. Not quite sure what it was but I had to share.

As another blustery, snowy, winter Minnesota day winds down, one thing is clear: I have embraced the turtleneck bob. Or as it also often appears, the scarf bob. Here’s to hopefully only a few more weeks that call for this messy, comfy look!

Even though this image is from the fashion shows of last year, I’m still not over this hue for manicures right now. Of course, I haven’t painted my nails in over a month, it seems, but when I do I’m going dark, rich, burgundy. Bonus points if it’s matte.
P.S. Also reminds me of my current favorite lip color.

If you’re on the market for house numbers (a niche market, I know), look no further. I spotted these beauties from Anthropologie today and can’t get enough. I’m sure they’d be perfect next to your front door!
