Holy moly, guys, taking and teaching five spin classes in the last three days may have been a bit much. I’m sore. I’m tired. And I’m really craving a burger. Thankfully the burger is the on menu for this afternoon and I’ve got some yoga on the agenda too! I’ll be ship-shape by Monday morning, hopefully, because it’s another busy week ahead. Work is ramping up, I’m teaching cycle again and I’m taking on a few extra projects here and there.
