Beautiful Blogger July 13, 2010
I woke up this morning to a pleasant surprise. The wonderful Lana over at lanalou style, gave me the Beautiful Blogger award. So according to the rules I have to tell you ten things about myself and pass it onto five other bloggers I’m crushing on. Here goes nothing…

1. I would love nothing more than to be able to breathe underwater. Imagine the things I could see and explore.

2. Spending four months in Italy was the best thing I ever did for myself. I met the greatest friends and traveled without a care in the world.

3. I have a soft spot for high heels and impractical shoes. I’m 5′10″ without them, but that doesn’t stop me.

4. I live for the Olympics. This is a snapshot of me at the Olympic Stadium in Barcelona. (I’m a nerd, I know.)

5. Flea markets are a personal haven for me. I get such a high from finding discarded pieces and giving them new life and purpose.

haha, if it makes you feel any better, a good friend of mine is afraid of buttons. literally! she owns no clothes with buttons, only jeans, but to her, those are “rivets” and subsequently, should not be feared. =)

I live for the Olympics too. I’ve done that pose at various Olympic sites.

Just discovered your blog – it’s really beautiful! Totally with you on the wearing high heels thing. I’m also 5′10 and I LOVE wearing high heels. Nothing better than being able to look your (male) boss in the eye (or sometimes down on him).

and fran, i agree that heels give some serious intimidation factor. love it!
